Fishing information Guides, regulations and locations are general information only. **Rules, seasons, permits and access change** — always check the official sources (such as gov.uk, Natural Resources Wales, Fisheries Management Scotland, DAERA) and the venue before fishing. You are responsible for holding the right licence and permission.

AI identification Identifications are generated automatically and **can be wrong**. Don't rely on them to decide whether a fish is protected, legal to keep or safe to eat.

Safety Fishing near water carries risks. Use your own judgement, follow safety advice and never put yourself in danger.
